Tracking with parcel force 24

Hi all, looking for some advice.I purchased an item on eBay last Friday and was given a parcelforce tracking number.  However when I try to track the parcel, it tells me there have been no updates since the parcel was first sent three days ago. Does parcel force 24 not mean delivery in 24 hours????

when I went onto the automated parcel force helpline, there is no match for my tracking number.

A couple of factors here. If item was dropped at post office did it get there before collection that day and parcelforce 24 if sent Friday would mean delivery today. Unless you pay an exorbitant premium they don’t deliver Saturdays.
