Requesting feedback

Am I unreasonable to expect feedback ? 

I recently sold a handmade faux fur gilet & bag and left a thank you feedback to the purchaser and politely asked for their comments as I wanted to know what they actually thought of my work.  No feedback received and I sent a brief reminder - 'why no feedback'.    The response was that they were too busy and that it was rude of me to ask.

Ooooh never chase feedback,  as you may receive some you didn't wish for.

Feedback is completely voluntary and to be honest most people do not leave any .

eBay send reminders to leave feedback,   but as said it's not mandatory for members to do so.
