Postage error

Hello all,

Looking for some advice. I mixed up two labels and sent the wrong item to the wrong buyer! Can't believe I've done this...how do I go about rectifying this, please? Obviously I don't want the buyers paying for any postage. Both parties have been very understanding, I feel so silly! Any help gratefully recieved, many thanks.

Both buyers need to open cases and return the items to you at your expense.  Then you refund and list again.

In addition to what papso said, once both have been returned to you, with agreement of buyers instead of refunding you send out again correctly.

Which ever way you do it, it is going to prove an expensive experience for you.
