Policy violation loop

Hi

i have an old wooden letter opener for sale and it apparently violates policy on knives being sold.

i require to have age verification postage set up and have been asked to edit it which I am happy to do.

the item is now hidden and I cannot edit it or delete the sale

is this a brick wall then ?

The knife policy does not allow the majority of knifes to be sold on the site.Knives and bladed items policy | eBay

Best sell it elsewhere.

Ok, I know this.
They have asked me the edit the postage as age verified, this then complies.
How do I edit it as they have hidden it from me… that’s the question

When items are hidden or removed by ebay you should receive an ebay email about it,and the option to relist is no longer, for the most part.

1. Go to Active Listings on Seller Hub, select those you wish to include, and click Edit selected
