I sold an item, posted it but missed a number off the tracking number and have misplaced the receipt. I’ve contacted the buyer and they have confirmed they have received the item, very happy with it and left positive feedback.
I've contacted eBay but had no response and the item is still showing awaiting delivery.
Can anyone help/advise what I can do so I can get the money I’m waiting for as it’s £45 and I’ve been waiting a week for it.
