Closed return 9

I purchased a diesel heater  and it only worked for 3 hours when I tried to return item eday and seller closed return and I can't get any answers as automated service just repets itself rubish good mind to close ebay account .and out of pocket by £88 not on sick to death of ebay

Sellers can only close returns that have used a "change of mind" reason, such as doesn't fit,  or if it was started beyond the 30 day deadline.

On rare occasions ebay have been known to reopen closed cases so it is worth asking.   You can use callback on here:

If not try contacting your payment provider and ask about a refund or chargeback.
