I have been looking for an out of office hours auto reply message setting and can not find anything except the time away auto reply for long periods like holidays.
As a business, I don't want to be answering messages at the weekend or evening and customers get antsy if you don't reply within 24 hours. Surely this should be a basic feature for shop subscriptions
I have been a business seller on ebay for nearly 10 years, I check regularly and answer messages when they come in. But the constant barrage of messages now, normally 'where is my item' is encroaching on the small amount of time I actually have off and wanted to find a solution so that customer messages don't turn into cases because i've not replied till monday.
I am assuming as I can't find it that it doesn't exist - anyone else find this frustrating? Or has any solution suggestions, I would be glad to hear how the ebay gurus deal with this!
