Account Restriction

I registered a new eBay selling account and within a day it was restricted.

"We wanted to let you know that you have been temporarily restricted from selling and buying on eBay because of concerns about your seller account. This must be frustrating, but measures like these help keep our marketplace safe for everyone."

What do I do to get it reinstated?

They say it's  temporary so that's a good sign.    There's some information here:

but you need to find out why exactly your account was suspended.   If their message didn't say why you can contact ebay tomorrow and ask them using callback on here:
