Can the app be installed on a Laptop?I

If so, how?

I've tried looking for the app in the

microsoft store to no avail.

Why on earth would you want to use the app with its limited functionality on a desktop?

If you can't find a way to get it then it's probably not available.

I'd also have to ask why on earth you'd want to do that?

An app has limited capability on a site that was never designed as an app.

There are app emulators available in software sites to run Android apps on a laptop or desktop but I would highly recommend you use a  browser in order to access the full eBay website instead of the mobile app.
