missing a screw

ok so this is a crazy one at 00:04 this morning i received a message from a recent buyer suggesting she was missing 2 screws allow me to explain.

I had a box with 30 internal door handle packs, each pack has 2 black handle a bar which goes through the door to connect each handle and the eight screws to fix each handle in place.

as you will see from the picture the screws are sealed by the manufacturer and enclosed within a further sealed package containing the through bar, this double sealed package is then placed withing the box containing the handles and then further put into a plastic postal bag.

As i have 30 of the item to sell i have went through the other 16 items left and find each is sealed in the same way, however my customer bought two pack last week and is claiming she has opened the sealed postal bag, opened the box, opened the sealed bag containing the through bar and further the sealed bag which has the screws to fit the handles however now claims she is 2 missing screws

how do i stand on this does she have a claim my profit margin on this was £5.59 for the pair they cost me more when bought

Can you offer her a partial refund to buy a replacement screw?
