Account Restricted,

Ive have recivied a message from eBay, stating my account is restricted, im selling tobacco plant seeds for flowers and leaves etc, all grown in the UK and shipped from the UK.  

Im at a loss as to why this has happened, and is now effecting my business.

You're not trading correctly as a business, you're using a private account which is for sellers listing their own personal possessions, such as bits from their wardrobe/loft/garage etc.

What does your restriction message actually say?

Also for pre - orders, they must be sent within 40 days,

Listing says will be delivered 16th January.
