I am confused, you say seller cancelled his order, do you mean buyer?
You do not say what has happened so far, if buyer has paid but you have not yet dispatched, then you go to drop down menu and use cancel sale, which will automatically create a refund.
If I have got this wrong, I would need to know exactly what has been done so far.
