Package Not Collected from Parcelshop

A package was dropped off at a Royal Mail Parcelshop by a seller, but has not moved any further in 2 weeks. Is this normal? Or am I to assume at this point that the package has been lost in-transit?

Not normal, if it's over the estimated delivery date start a claim for item not received from your purchases>more actions to the right of the item
