I need some help. Been trying to contact ebay with no luck absolutely useless customer service. I sold an item got a message and was told that the item arrived damaged. After this issued a full refund as per ebay terms and conditions asked the buyer to return now 3 weeks later still no parcel or anything. Had the money back but I domt have the supposed damaged part.
Okay I understand but after speaking with ebay via the telephone today they advised me that the buyer should report but they didn't mention anything about the buyer not having to return the item intresting. According to the buyer my refund has been apparently reported as fraud and his PayPal account and banks have been locked and he cant access any money. All this because of a simple refund I gave? Being new to selling this has defo put me off selling.
