Hi
Hoping someone can clarify a cancellation issue for me
I’ve cancelled an order as the buyer had an incorrect address
I listed and they have bought again with the correct address.
issue is I am now down money and eBay aren’t exactly clear.
i had £39 in my eBay account and after sale should have been £67.12
ive cancels and now have £10 odd in my account
will I get my original money back as well as sale?
dont really want to lose out on £28.12 through no fault of my own. I could just simply be missing something ha
thanks in advance

I have no direct access to your account, but can say that payment for cancelled items may be put on hold, and refunds then made from existing eBay Balance or back up sources. Once the refunds have cleared the payout for the item is released to you.
If you had any listing upgrades, for example, reserves, subtitles, 3 day listings, etc. those listing fees will need to be paid.
The link below will show you a breakdown of your transactions.

When money is showing as Available in your Payment Summary, it's ready for you to manually withdraw it.
Your buyer has purchased the item again, did they ament their address?
