Who is this? i bought 2 raised beds one fell to bits i complained with pictures. I was diverted to a company "Savechannel" i tried to reply but it came back saying post your email for paypal on a note, it was all in Chinese so im caustious in contacting them. 

Anyone had this.

If it's more than 90 days since delivery the seller would need to refund direct to your Paypal account, and would need your email address to do that.

However,  if it's still within 30 days you can start a return on here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/buying/returns-refunds/return-item-refund?id=4041
select "Item doesn't match description" and if necessary escalate it to eBay after 3 complete working days.

If it's more than 30 days but still within 120 days of payment contact your payment provider and ask about a refund or chargeback.

For future reference perhaps it's worth bearing in mind that you do not need to "complain with pictures" [presumably to the seller].  You simply open a case for "not as described" with eBay.  It is basically automatic. You would have to return the items [probably both] and the seller should send a label to do so.  @bikesmikey
