Refund help !

I’ve never been in a refund situation before, please heat guys!

I had an order confirmed at 1am this morning.

Since then the buyer has cancelled the order.

i agreed to the refund as I hadn’t posted the item.

all of my available balance has now gone though! Will I get this money back? I’m worried!

If your buyer paid, so any available money in your eBay Balance will be used for the refund for the cancellation.

Their payment for the item will be on hold,  once the refund is completed,  the payout will be released.  You will be back to square one in your eBay Balance.

My buyer purchased at 1am and then asked for a refund 2 minutes later

i accepted the refund, but now my available balance has gone?!? 

will I get the money back into my balance? As it’s through no fault of my own.

Do you know how long the process normally takes? Just in out of pocket and it’s not really my fault!

It would all depend on any previous holds which may be present,  for example,  if you are a new or returning seller, payouts are held a little longer.

So,  I am sorry as eBay will not reveal those periods as a security matter,  it's impossible to say.

A lot depends on method of payment, and as you do not know how paid refund to you take from quick if paypal used up to 30 days if credit card.
