This is the second time I’ve sold this phone and both buyers have not paid . It’s wasted my time . Ebay users have become unreliable and time wasters . Having to wait 4 days before I can start again has wasted 8 days of my time so far . I don’t think I will try to sell on eBay again . I will sell it privately to a phone dealer I think . I’ve never experienced anything like this before . Usually I get payment within hours .

Buyers are allowed 4 complete days to pay before you can open a Non Payment case ---you can recover any  FVFs by opening an Unpaid case/s for non payment after 4 days and give timewasters a well deserved  account defect/strike --- not shown but is effective in stopping/blocking persistent Non Payers.

It's not an option because it's not allowed,  and all you've done is raise their positive feedback score.  Should those buyers know the rules,  they can report your feedbacks, they'll be removed,  and you would receive policy violations marks, on your account.

Always use the tools eBay provide,   issue those non payment strikes by cancelling for non payment after 4 days.  If the buyers receive too many of those,  eBay will remove those members permanently from their site.
