Hi,

Ive recently purchased a item on the 4th January for collection only.

Ive repeatedly messaged the seller to arrange collection but no reply.

Today 15th January I’ve tried to cancel the order but it’s been refused. 
I don’t know what to do and seems almost impossible to speak to someone about this.

any help would be appreciated

and escalate it 3 complete working days later to get a full refund.
