Does anyone know if eBay keep a 'score' of buyers who open non-receipt actions against sellers for items 'lost in the post' Naively I thought it would be a logical thing for eBay to be able to do for us sellers.

If we dont keep a careful control over packaged orders we have no way of putting them back in posting order should we drop them. Does anyone know how to 'read' the order number system to put orders in the right sequence please?
