Cancelled return

I tried to return an item, I started the return process, got Post Office QR code, took item to Post Office but refused to take as item was too large. I cancelled the return process. Now I need to return using other option Parcel Force. But the option to return is no longer available. Please advise

Once an ebay case is closed, can't be reopened. 

Try your payment provider.

You should not have closed the return, but instead contacted the seller and eBay to let them know that the returns label wasn't suitable for the size of the package.

Now that it's closed you cannot re-open it, or open another for the same order.

You are not talking to eBay here but to members like yourself.

You have been given the correct information, once a case is closed you cannot then escalate it,  or open another for the same item with eBay.

Try your payment provider now,  for help with your refund.
