Masonic items

Hi. I recently started selling Masonic items online. I am using stock images from an online site. Ebay is full of the same stock images as sellers use the same site for their stock images. Another seller has been constantly harassing me to remove my stock images as he says that they belong to him. After doing a lot of research I found that the images he is using are from the same place that me and hundreds of other sellers are using. The images other sellers and myself are using are not water marked or anything. They are purely stock images. The seller who is constantly messaging me to remove my stock images has no copyright over the images. He is threatening to report me to Ebay. He sends me at least one message every day and constantly monitors my store. I am scared that he may report me to Ebay. I have been on Ebay for 16 years now and have spent a lot of time building a good rating and feedback. This seller wants to ruin all my hard work because I am using the same stock images as him. Does he have any grounds to do this. I can provide links to the websites that provide the stock images.

Thank you

There is nothing to report as it is fully allowed. From a practical angle you should becable to report this person for harassing you.

I do feel that by not using their own pictures, sellers are inviting NOT AS DESCRIBED CASES, which would prove expensive for sellers as ebay always sides with buyers.

So he has no basis no report me? As I can prove to Ebay by providing links to the sites that offer the stock images. I sold about 5 items in 2 days. Then the messages started. He messages me everyday and constantly monitors my store. Even the images I took of my physical in hand stock. He claims are similar items to his. But if we are selling the same items then they are going to be similar. He always threatens me with a 24 hour warning. Saying he will give me 24 hours to remove the images or he will try and get my account suspended. Should I tell Ebay that he is constantly monitoring everything I do?

Thank you
