I didn’t receive my item and contacted the seller, because it was taken long to arrive I asked the seller to issue me a refund, they responded by saying that they will only issue refund once item is returned, but item has still not arrived. By accident i closed refund request when actually I was wanting to report that I still have not received item. Now I’m am not able to put my request in as showing case closed. I want my money back as no item has been delivered.
