I bought some window draft trim. It all fell off after a couple of days. I then tried double sided tape with some new trim and that also just came off. When I tried contacting the seller it just takes me back to the same page when I click contact seller. How do I report this to them to say it doesn’t work?

select "Item doesn't match description" and escalate it to eBay after 3 complete working days.

I’ve already put it on and binned the 1st lot and bits of the 2nd lot I tried. So I can’t send it all back

Send back what you have left.  If its not fit for purpose you are entitled to a refund.
