seller sent me a product that doesnt work - they then said not to return it and they would give 100% refund they then only gave 50% refund and said EBAY had a technical problelm and only 50% could be refunded and to please contact EBAY to arrange the other 50%. I dont know how to contact EBAY every option just sends me to pages of *bleep* to read which doesnt solve the problem and doesnt allow me to contact EBAY?
