Sending Invoices

Hi, I need to send an invoice with combined postage for 2 items. I have done this many times before, but the 'send invoice' button next to the relevant articles in my awaiting payment list has disappeared.

It's a technical issue which many have experienced and this is the message from Community Manager Kat:

We are aware of the issue and its currently being looked at for a fix. We don't have an exact timescale right now but its being worked on. 

In the meantime you may need to refund the shipping difference to your buyer after the purchase.
