Hi, I recently had my first listing sell, but due to confusion over it being collection only they requested a refund. I completed the refund but I was wondering how long it takes for the listing to be accessible by me again?

You can relist immediately.

If the item is not in your 'unsold' items, you can find it by looking at the email from Ebay showing the cancellation or refund.
