I sent someone the wrong item. I then posted the correct item and accepted the return of the incorrect item. I said I would give a small refund to apologise but when I go to the return it only offers me the option to give a full refund? How do I just refund part of it as I have now sent the correct item

If you have received back,  the incorrectly sent item, why do you wish to offer a partial refund?

Once the item is back with you,  you also need to pay for the tracked return postage, you need to refund fully through those case details.
