Buyer has paid for Lego . I included £3.95 for postage which he has not paid for. What happens now?

If you haven't got collection in person on your listing, so your buyer could have selected that option and not paid the postage fee, then it's not possible for them to remove the postage cost.

The buyer has ticked postage but hasn’t paid, never had this happen before. Think I will open a ‘case’ with eBay as buyer doesn’t respond to me.

How much did you buyer pay?

They should have paid just under £10.00.

You don't have Simple Delivery so the buyer pays the postage to you, they can't checkout without paying it.

That’s what I don’t understand. They have only paid £5 with no delivery. EBay tells me to get ready to post - but I can’t!
