Parcel weight

I have printed a number of postage labels where the weight is to low how do I correct this? Can I just pay the extra at the post office?

Re: Parcel weight

Most unlikely you can pay extra at post Office, you will have to pay in full and cancel the unused labels.

This happens far too frequently when buyers use simple postage, because it is based on information given by seller with no allowance for extra weight or size due to packaging.

Using ADVANCED POSTAGE, you can quote your own postage cost covering postage and PACKING.
