Lost parcel

Hi. I wonder if someone can help. I ordered a present for my grandaughter and evri have had it since last sunday. I reached out to evri who have told me theyve lost the parcel. The seller isnt being helpfull and when i go on to ebay, there saying i cant ask for a refund until the 19th. Evri have confirmed its lost and i desperately wanted this for my grandaughter. Can anyone please advise? Thanks

eBay will always wait until the last estimated delivery date has passed.  There's no way round that but you will get your money back.

The seller isnt being helpful

 

If it's a private selller using eBay's simple delivery it isn't their responsibility any way. If the item is lost or damaged indelivery it's eBay that would refund you.

 

Even if it's a business seller, once it's been dispatched it's largely out of their contol.
