Hi, hopefully someone can help me. I sold a piece of furniture via Ebay and it was too big for any of their delivery options so I arranged for it to be delivered by Proovia through Interparcel. I added the tracking number to the item and marked it as dispatched. The item was delivered on Friday but the Ebay tracking number does not show this. If I go on Interparcel and enter the tracking it gives me proof of delivery. How do I mark the item as delivered as Ebay won't release my funds until they have proof of delivery.
Interparcel tracking numbers don't seem to work on ebay. There is no way of marking delivered manually. As long as it's marked dispatched that's the main thing, the money will be released anyway after 14 days.
