I have recently sold 5 items to the same buyer. They made offers during Auction listings which I accepted. Ebay now charges the Buyer for both the item and postage fees straight away.
Even though my Postage Preferences are set to offering combined postage, the new delivery system bypassed this and automatically generated five individual postage labels. The system would then not allow me to combine the items into one parcel. Seems like the software engineer was coding that one late on a Friday afternoon.................
I have contacted EBay and "Abhisheck" promised me that my buyer would get their postage back, and I would have to fund the fee for a single parcel myself. I will never use the simplified delivery system again.
