A preowned bracelet failed ebay authentication process. They are saying my description is wrong.I sold it as in good condition with visible flaws.

They think in their opinion it's in Fair condition. Is there anyway I can challenge their findings?TIA

No, you can't challenge their findings.  This is subjective and you may not completely agree but they will have standards to check.

'Good' indicates light wear and generally very nice condition.

I haven't seen the bracelet, but, if it is the one you sold this month, the photos show significant scratches near to the clasp and further scratches on several of the links so it seems their assessment is accurate.  'Visible flaws' also indicates 'fair', rather than 'good' condition.

You can relist it, and may even sell to the same buyer, but you should change the condition from 'good' to 'fair'.

Thank you.I did reflect that in the price.Hence why I only sold it a little
above scrap value. They obviously don't take that into consideration.
I suppose its all about opinions.To me it's in good condition.Nothing a
clean and polish wouldn't sort out.Which wouldn't cost much.
The scratches etc you would expect from a pre owned piece of jewellery
which i stated in my description. All my photos are zoomed in.So to the
naked eye are really not that visible.
Anyway thank you for the reply.
