Combining Postage for Multiple Items

I am very disappointed that the feature of combining items for postage has been down for 24hrs from to my knowledge on 2nd March and some of my customers will not pay untill I combine their items for posting. What makes matters worse for a private seller like myself is that I don't get paid out for at least 14 days after the buyer has paid.

Ebay are aware of invoice & tracking issues.

But they don't give a date when it will be fixed.

You get paid IF BUYER HAS PAID, 14 days from sale date.

Recently on the sold items awaiting payment, I found the combine invoice link on top right.

If buyers over pay, then it is easy enough for you to refund the overpayment.

If buyers do not pay within 4 days you can cancel sales for non payment, one advantage of this is buyers cannot leave negative feedback.

The problem with refunding postage is if seller is using simple delivery, they don't get postage money.

So by refunding has to be paid by seller. 

Another reason not to use SD.
