Hi, i am a private seller. I now have to offer Simple delivery. Can anyone tell me why click and collect is no longer an option on my listings despite being enrolled in the seller hub?

Have you checked they all qualify, price,size, etc.

Hi, thanks for the response. Yes, I have checked but can't see any reason for them not to offer click and collect.
