Wrong postage recommended by android app

Hi all, any suggestions how to resolve this? I was selling a load of video games - when listing I would choose "large letter" for package size...

 

For postage, the app would RECOMMEND Royal Mail 2nd class letter, I left it as per default every time... Only to realise later they all needed LARGE letter (which I'd already chosen on package size, lol, inept) and I was undercharging for postage...

 

The app miraculously realises this after a sale, then switches to Yodel Store to Door, once the sale goes through, costing 2.67, about 1.80 more than what the buyer paid! 

 

I had to trawl through everything to change the postage to the correct amount, but it had already screwed me twice and there's an item with a bid on I can't change. 

 

Despite selling loads of promoted listings in the last month, the customer service team are not interested in resolving this with a goodwill payment of even a few lousy quid, and "Mario" on the live chat tells me he's as high as I can go!

 

Any suggestions?
