Tracking Information

I’ve posted an item last week 2nd class via Royal Mail and uploaded the tracking number but it hasn’t updated. The buyer has confirmed they have received the item and they are happy with it. How can I access my funds which are on hold pending delivery.

If the item is showing as delivered on the actual Royal mail online website, then you can contact ebay here and ask them to release the payment for you. eBay Customer Service
