I have a return but not enough funds in my payouts but have enough once my payments that are on hold are released. It's asking me to add another bank card . I have and put enough monet on to cover the refund. When I then tried to do the refund it said once again not enough funds and add a card. Any ideas what's the best thing to do.

When  money is not in the Available section of your Payment Summary to make a refund,  eBay do use your back up source,  a credit or bank card to make that payment.

Use a laptop / PC and Chrome not the app and add that card here:
