Return charges

After contacting the seller & reaching an agreement, I initiated a return request for an item that was not the size that was described (this was not an item of clothing), but was surprised to see that I am expected to pay for the return postage. According to eBay’s return policy (I selected ‘incorrect size’) if an item is faulty then the seller pays for the return.
can anyone shed light on why I am being prompted to select which postage method I would like to pay for please?

thanks

You have chosen a reason that counts as a change of mind so you pay for the return.

You should have chosen one of the 'does not match description' ones.
