Regards selling kitchen knife

I am a culinary student, and I have a brand new set of knives and other kitchen utensils. Can I sell them on eBay? If yes, are there any legal issues?

Basically in most cases no,as you have to comply with the ebay knife policy here Knives policy | eBay

However, I have seen many kitchen knife sets listed.

Some cutlery can be listed,and some sellers may be a rights owner or authorised retailers of certain items allowing the to sell.

Not every listing you see get reported, and it doesn't mean becuse you can view them there allowed.

By all means try to list but don't be suprised if you get a knife violation notice.
