I have made a purchase from someone on ebay which clearly states what the item is supposed to be but a different item has been supplied via amazon and is not what I have been billed for or ordered. On digging deeper I have discovered the seller has 67 complaints for not supplying what was ordered plus ignoring complaints etc
If you have received an item not as described this is the case you open. Buyer pays for return label you get a full refund once item has been delivered back to seller. If they don’t play ball after the item has been returned escalate the case after three days. Don’t take any excuses from the seller to close the case early.
