I had the misfortune of buying a product and eBay was under another name, so I sent it to a Royal Mail agency, which asked me for my details, but I don't have them or any ID. Everything is under a fictitious name and they didn't deliver it to me. Now I've made the return and they're telling me that I have to return it and pay the costs, even though I never received it. It's with Royal Mail, so they should take responsibility. I've already started the return process and a refund until 12 December. This is a joke. How can I do that if I don't have the product? Does anyone have a solution?
