How do I open a automated chat box so that I can talk to Ebay, I am a seller on Ebay.

I would like to know how to open up a chat box so that I can talk to an Ebay staff.I  am a seller on Ebay and one of my items got sold on the 4th of February which is when the new payment system came into affect.I posted my item to the customer and when it said it was delivered it's supposed to be 2 calendar days and then my Ebay balance  should have the funds available.But its now been 3 days since my item was delivered and my Ebay balance still does not have the funds available to use.Thanks

As a new seller your payments will typically be held by ebay for up to 30 days.    But you can check with them if you like using callback on here:
