Payment

I bought a phone on ebay on 15th dec and i requested for a next day delivery. She did and I received the phone today. 

 

The seller is worried that she might not get her money as she is unable to update ebay tracking since she didn't use Ebay's normal delivery.  She's asking me to pay her again as she hasn't received her payment yet.

 

I've asked her to wait until tomorrow to see if the payment will go through but she dirsnt trust that it will.

 

Please what do I do as I can't afford to make double payment for the item. 

 

I've asked her to replace the tracking number on ebay to the next day delivery one but she said its not letting her do so and she keeps messaging me for payment!

There is nothing you can do - sellers cannot change or update tracking if they choose to use their own service.

Leaving positive feedback - if you are happy to do so - may help but, generally, sellers will have to wait 14 days for payment.

Definitely do not pay again.  This is not your issue to sort out.
