Getting paid help

So I have recently tried selling things again via ebay and sold some items but it keeps saying "Your payouts are on hold because the payment method you have on file could not be charged for any outstanding selling costs. Please add one to get paid."

When I click on the payment method on the website it asks me to log in even tho I am logged in I click on payment method it looks like it opens another page but dosnt do anything and then takes me back to log in and does that every time. if I try and do it on the app I set a card or bank account and press save the app does a spinny thing and takes me to the payment page but it still says no payment method available. 

So im confused I can change the cards that I use to buy something but when it comes to getting money from ebay its like you shall not pass.

If you have come back to selling you may not have fully or correctly registered with eBay's Managed Payments,  see here:

You need to provide eBay with details of a bank account and have this account verified.  The usual method here, is for eBay to send 2 micro deposits into that nominated bank account for you to receive,  and confirm to eBay.

Once this is completed,  you will be able to list items for sale,  and receive payouts from those sales.

If there is an issue with the registration contact eBay Customer Services,  who have full access to your account,  and can see where the issue lies and explain the steps you now need to take.

Contact them this way.   This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services from the link below, for a Call Back option.  I do recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning when the lines first open,  as there's more chance of Dublin answering

The issue is I can't get to that I click on the payment method which should open a page to select a card or input details but it's not letting me, I keep getting this and then the page refreshes and I have to log back in and it does that over and over again.

Which device are you using?  Sometimes the app and mobile browser for instance,  are sadly lacking, and Chrome seems to be the best browser to use,  Try a laptop / PC,   and Chrome see if that works,  or if you can add your bank details here :

I tried using chrome and its the same, it opens a blank page and then takes me to the login page, I tried using my mobile again and it takes me to the payment method and I picked my bank as it had the details in and pressed save it refreshes and makes me login again and then I get a email saying You set a new preferred payment method for selling costs but then when I go back to the payments bit it says no payment method available. 

Im confused, might see about speaking to ebay tomorrow to find out whats happening but other than that I have no idea, cheers for the help again.
