Authentication

How long should it take for an item to be authenticated, seller posted on time and has now been waiting to get authenticated for 4 days, is this normal?

If past the expected delivery date, open a not received case. 

I would have expected Authentication to be faster than this, but nothing seller can do to speed it up.

I know it is not down to the seller, just seems like a long time to authenticate a pair of trainers
