policy violation

I have a policy violation which I completely accept.  How do I get rid of the notification.  Every time I try to delete it I get a message to say it is not possible to delete at the moment and try again later.  I really hate having this at the begining of my listings.

As a buyer,  looking at your items I cannot see this warning anywhere. I looked at your listings and your feedback profile all normal, no policy violation notifications. 

There is nothing then detrimental for buyers to see,  or to see your account in a bad light .
