How to contact customer support

I am unable to list items as it keeps saying my postage policy cannot be flat rate and must have another option other then just collection only which I have also but I cannot select any other options other then flat rate or collection only no idea how I can sort this issues so need to chat to a human the bot cannot sort this is there any contact nums I can ring ?

Your last listing was collection only so it might help if you clear cookies or use a different browser. 

If you want to contact ebay we don't have a direct link.   So all we can do is click on the help link at the top of any page.   Select any topic then scroll down to Contact Us and get to automated assistant.   Ask to speak to an agent and repeat until it passes you to a real person.

I’ve tried that to get help and still cannot get any option to speak to anyone one I could only list the item by selecting collection only I wanted it to be flat rate but it won’t accept that option anymore collection only is no good for me really but cannot change it

Try clearing cookies or another browser.   If no joy try ebay again in the morning.   It may be easier to get through then.

also when my other listings need to be delisted then I’ll have the same issues with all of those items also as I don’t want any of my listings to be collection only so need to resolve this issue else I’ll have to stop selling on eBay

I’ve been trying to sort this for the past 2 months! I only ever use Google browser not sure how to clear cookies! Not to worry thanks for trying to help

Just use another browser temporarily to see if it helps.   Search on Google for one that suits you.    

To clear cookies on Google Chrome click the three dots in the top-right corner.  Go to More Tools > Clear browsing data or Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data.   Select a time range (e.g., "All time").   Select the box for Cookies and click Clear data.

I tried another browser no difference tho and couldn’t find clear cookies did try all I could see was to clear bookmarks/history on the 3 dots but that don’t work either this is so frustrating

You seem to post early in the morning or late at night.

If you need to speak to Ebay, then you do have to try during 'office hours'.

So, after 8.30 and (I think) before 10pm.

Follow the advice in Post 2 to get a callback.
