My sofas and not turned up but it's been put they were delivered

It's a big item, so needed to be delivered surely to the person of the house of taken back to the courier depot.

How were you notified it was delivered?  Did the seller send tracking?

Who was the courier ?  I know it's not easy but you may need to contact them see where they left this item.
